Added a tiny upgrade section to the Nagios how-to

I added a simple upgrading section to the Nagios how-to. Dag has spun up the new version of Nagios to the most current 2.5 from 2.4. It should just be a matter of a yum update and the packages you want. The only ones he’s updated are the nagios and nagios-devel packages.
