Thoughts from the abyss

This is sweet. Here’s a short video showing BMW’s 7 Series Night Vision with an infrared camera mounted in the front of the car. I want one of these! If you read some of the comments posted, someone made a good point about who will be looking at the monitor. Someone else said that the image needed to be displayed on the windshield. Wouldn’t that be cool…technology straight out of fighter jets. Don’t worry, eventually we’ll be seeing that kind of stuff in cars.
