Thoughts from the abyss

So I’ve been bored the past few evenings, well not really, but anyways. I spent last evening and tonight cleaning up the HTML on the static pages from the how-to section. I was lazy before and didn’t take the time to improve my HTML’ing skills by learning about doctypes and such. All the static pages now validate to XHTML 1.0 Transitional. I guess this is a good thing? I mean I know validating is good, but I haven’t learned what’s the best to validate against. I just went off of what WordPress pages validate as. Someday I’ll be smart with HTML :), until then I’ll make due. There’s still lots of things to learn, but considering I’ve pretty much taught myself everything I know when it comes to the web and computers, then I can’t complain. Books are your friends.
