Here’s just a place to stow away some how-to’s I’ve written and find useful. A lot of these are for things I use frequently, and sometimes it’s hard to remember installation instructions. For almost everything, I’m using CentOS/RHEL 4.x or 5 for my systems. Please feel free to print them, re-distribute them, etc., but just please give credit back to either myself or this site. In case you haven’t noticed the CC badge to the left, then please follow the link and read the license. All guides are licensed under the Creative Commons license. In a nutshell, do with it what you want, even make money commercially off of the material, but my material must be attributed back to me and be re-released under the same or similar license. Thanks!
Please leave a comment if you find anything wrong with the docs, or if you have anything useful that should be added. Here’s my little disclaimer though:
These documents are provided as is and with no warranty towards use. I accept no responsibility to any loss that occurs on your part. That includes any loss towards persons and/or equipment under your control. I just want to mention the usual, use at your own risk type stuff. This is why geeks have test machines to play with to test out new procedures…
