Thoughts from the abyss

I posted a few days ago about the RIAA suing XM Radio over a new recording device they have out. XM initially made a statement that they would defend vigorously against the lawsuit, but since then, they released a statement. A very explicit statement to them defending it’s subscribers rights, I might add. I hope they kick the RIAA’s ass in court over this one. Here’s the statement directly from XM’s website. At least they are sticking up to and making it clear of their position the nazis of the recording industry.
